You see 3 free variants and the exact number of distinct variants your footage supports before you pay. If the full matrix still isn't what you expected, we refund it.

• 14 days, no questions asked. Email hello@hooktakes.com within 14 days of purchase with the email you used, and we refund the full amount.
• If something fails on our side, for example the matrix does not render or has fewer distinct variants than we showed before payment, we refund in full at any time.
• Refunds are issued by our merchant of record, Polar, to the original payment method. Banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.
